Larry F. Chin

Was born and raised in New York City.  He attended the prestigious Bronx High School of Science in the Bronx, New York.  Mr. Chin earned his Bachelor of Arts degree majoring in Latin American and Chinese economic development from the Evergreen State College in Olympia, Washington.

After earning his Juris Doctorate from the University of Washington School of Law in Seattle, Washington, Mr. Chin relocated to New York City and practiced exclusively in the field of immigration law working for three years.  While practicing in New York City, Mr. Chin gained valuable experience representing hundreds of clients before the Immigration and Naturalization Service, Immigration Court, Administrative Appeal Unit,  Board of Immigration Appeals and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.

Mr. Chin is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).  He is a former member of the New York Bar.  Mr. Chin is presently admitted to practice in Washington state as well as the Western District of Washington and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Patrick M. Julian

Mr. Julian grew up in Portland,Oregon.  He attended college at Southern Oregon State College in Ashland, Oregon graduating Cum Laude in 1993 with a B.A. in Economics and a B.A. in Spanish.  While attending Southern Oregon State College Mr. Julian participated in various study abroad programs.  Two of these programs sent him to Mexico for study.  Having lived and studied in Mexico, Mr.Julian speaks Spanish fluently.

He attended Law School at the University of Washington School of Law graduating in 1997.  Mr. Julian’s experience in immigration law began in the summer of 1995 when he volunteered at the Northwest Immigrant Rights Project and later participated in the immigration law clinic.

After graduation Mr.Julian worked in Seattle, Washington as an immigration attorney before establishing his current office in February of 2002.  Mr. Julian’s practice has always been concentrated in the area of immigration representing clients in all aspects of immigration law including removal defense, political asylum, family based immigration, employment based immigration and non-immigrant visas for foreign professionals.

Mr. Julian is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.  He is admitted to practice in Washington and Oregon.  He is also admitted to federal practice in the Western District of Washington and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
